Michael Rosenberg, MD

Dr. Rosenberg is Clinical Assistant Professor of Radiology at the University of Minnesota, where he practices Interventional Radiology and is Medical Director of Interventional Radiology, Co-Director of Aortic Interventions, and Director of the Vein Program. Dr. Rosenberg is Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Vascular Interventional Radiology. Dr. Rosenberg specializes in endovascular treatment of aortic aneurysms, peripheral artery disease, varicose veins and deep venous thrombosis and helped pioneer early methods of stent graft repair of aortic aneurysms prior to availability of commercial devices. Dr. Rosenberg is first author on the patent of two Interrad Medical devices and co-author on a third.

Joe Goldberger 

President and CEO Joe Goldberger started as President and CEO of Interrad Medical in January 2005 and has utilized his leadership and management experience to bring financing, key advisors, and personnel into the company. Prior to Interrad Medical, Joe had 20 years of business experience at GFI, a privately held food manufacturing company. Joe attended the University of Minnesota, focusing his studies in the areas of business and political science.

Yaacov Ben-Yaacov

Yaacov is a veteran US-Israeli Hi-tech entrepreneur. He started a new business unit within Applicom Systems, where he was responsible for closing multimillion dollar deals with IBM, Apple, HP and other major U.S. IT companies. As the founder of PictureVision, he pioneered to the mass market convenience of sharing photographs over the Internet. Yaacov holds a BSC in Computer Science and Robotics from the Jerusalem College of Technology.

David Kaysen

Chairman Mr. Kaysen has more than 25 years of executive management and Board of Directors experience in the medical products and services industry. Mr. Kaysen served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Uroplasty Inc. from 2006 to 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Kaysen served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Allegro Biodiesel Corporation (formerly, Diametrics Medical Inc.) and Compex Technologies Inc. (formerly, Rehabilicare Inc.). Previous experience includes management roles at Emeritus Corp., Lectec/NDM Corporation, Surgidyne Inc., and Redline Healthcare. Mr. Kaysen also served in various general management positions with American Hospital Supply Corporation. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.

Martin Walton

Martin joined the Excalibur Group London in early 2011 after a 25-year career in the capital markets, as an investment banker for several major banks and also as an investor in medical and other sectors, having run investment and trading businesses, private equity portfolios and hedge funds with assets in excess of $8bn, in the UK, USA, Ireland, Canada and China.  Most recently he was responsible for senior level strategic relationships with some of the world’s largest Sovereign Wealth Funds, advising on direct investment in South America, Africa, and the emerging countries of Asia for a major bank. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer for Arthurian Life Sciences Ltd.  Prior to that, he was vice chairman of Toronto-Dominion Bank, based in London, where he was in charge of all the bank’s activities in Europe and Asia-Pacific regions.  In addition, he has been a board director of a $5bn market cap financial services company, of a Nasdaq-listed private equity company, and of several other early and mid-stage investment companies.
