The SecurAcath™ Universal is a new method for holding indwelling catheters in place. Currently, catheters are secured on the surface of a patient's skin with sutures or adhesive devices. The SecurAcath™ Universal utilizes a small anchor that deploys just under the skin to hold a catheter securely in place.
